pera77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pera77 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full features of pera77, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active pera77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pera77 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorized by you.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify pera77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. Contact our support team via the details provided in Section 15.
• Identity Verification (KYC): pera77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

pera77 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

pera77 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter cash-in channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pera77 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) may be requested at any time, subject to identity verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

• Random Number Generation: All pera77 games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, pera77 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant wagers. pera77's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: pera77 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the Player's side during active game sessions.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact pera77 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pera77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with pera77 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to pera77 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the pera77 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pera77 staff or other players.

pera77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Determination that the Player is ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., underage, prohibited jurisdiction).
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to verification and applicable processing times, unless the closure is due to fraud or a violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pera77 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether or not caused by circumstances within pera77's control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results that are subsequently corrected in accordance with the applicable game rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pera77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pera77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). pera77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pera77 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pera77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pera77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
